In case the representations of the petitioner [Exhibit - I (collectively), Page Nos. 64 to 78] are pending with respondent no. 6, then respondent no. 6 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, after hearing all the parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months.
