This Court had permitted the applicants/claimants to withdraw money by the order dated 20.11.2015. It was directed that the amount was to be paid in the mode, minor and proportion as directed by the Tribunal. The Tribunal had directed the amount of compensation falling to the share of minors to be deposited as a fixed deposit in any Nationalized Bank till they attained majority. Now that the applicant Nos. 2 and 3 namely Ashwini and Kamini are stated to have attained majority. They can be allowed to withdraw the amount deposited as a fixed deposit in their name. 2.
