The grievance of the petitioners is that the representation dated 13.05.2021 is not being considered by respondent No. 2, Tahsildar Lohara. He submits that they expect a response to the application.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No. 2, to respond to the representation dated 13.05.2021 and pass a reasoned order /decision and communicate the same to the petitioners.

We expect this exercise to be completed on or before 30th July, 2022, considering that the sugar cane crop is standing in the field of the petitioners.
