The present C.A. is filed for bringing the L.Rs. of deceased respondent no.3-Shankar Vithal Buraspatte. It is the case of the applicants that respondent no.3 Shankar died on 11th January 2015 leaving behind him his three legal heirs which are stated in para 3 of this application. The present application is filed by the applicants on 1st April 2015. The copy of death certificate issued by Grampanchayat Office Shirur is placed on record. It is seen from the record that Shankar Vithal died on 11th January 2015. There is no contest to this application. Therefore, I find no difficulty to pass following order. 3.

The Civil Application is hereby allowed.

The applicants are permitted to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent no.3-Shankar Vithal. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of 14-days, without fail. 5.

Accordingly, C.A. stands disposed of.
