The Review Application (Stamp) No.9872/2018 is filed by the sole appellant in Second Appeal No.160/1998, namely, Vaijayantabai Dangal Patil. It appears that review applicant/original appellant has died and, therefore, Civil Application No.5761/2020 was filed to substitute respondent no.4 in place of the deceased review applicant/appellant, namely, Vaijayantabai Dangal Patil. However, the registration of the said Civil Application came to be refused for non-removal of office objections. 2.
