This is a death claim. Considering entire aspects of the case, the applicants- original claimants are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rs. Four lakhs), out of the amount deposited before this Court, on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Applicant No.1 Dulanbee is permitted to fle the undertaking for herself and on behalf of rest of the applicants.
