By the present application, the applicants prays for condonation of delay of 243 days caused while filing for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 on record, setting aside abatement and permission to bring the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 on record.

Considering the grounds set out in the application, the the delay is hereby condoned. The abatement is set aside. The
