The application is filed for relief of setting aside the order of dismissal made by the Registrar Judicial as some office objections were not removed. In view of the contentions made and the submissions made by the learned counsel for applicant, the application is allowed. The order passed by the learned Registrar Judicial is set aside. The matter is restored to it's original stage.

The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove the office objections prior to 9.2.2018. If office objections are not removed prior to 9.2.2018, it is to be presumed that the matter is dismissed.
