After having heard the petition for some time and expressing our inability to intervene in the writ jurisdiction, petitioner's advocate sought instructions and applied for leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach competent Civil Court. In terms of the instructions received, petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed. Needless to clarify, contentions of all parties are kept open.

Interim order passed by this Court to continue for a period of four (04) weeks from today, so as to enable the petitioner to approach competent Civil Court.
