Learned advocate for the review applicantoriginal petitioner seeks review of the order of this Court dated 12/03/2013, (by which, Writ Petition No. 2313/2018 was dismissed) on the basis of a communication dated 16/03/2018 by Mr. S.H. Gopwad, Joint Sub-Registrar Class-II, Beed. 2.

A document claimed to be of 1353 Fasli, is sought to be proved by narrating a procedure that is followed for issuing certified copies of such documents.

Upon going through the text of the said communication dated 16/03/2018, I am not convinced that the said letter could be a basis for reviewing the order of this Court.
