Mr. Kazi, the learned advocate for the petitioners on instructions of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to seek compensation for the lands affected under the road.

The writ petitions are disposed of as withdrawn. The petitioners are at liberty to agitate their right with regard to the claim of compensation before the competent forum as may be permissible in law. No costs.
