1] Civil Application No.6403/2005 is filed for condonation of delay of 84 days caused in filing application for the relief of setting aside the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) by which registration of the appeal was refused due to non-removal of some office objections by the applicants and Civil Application No.6402/2005 is filed for setting aside the order of the learned Registrar (Judicial) refusing

CAs 6403/05 & 6402/05 in FAST 8352/03 - 2 - registration of the appeal.

2] In view of the contents of the civil applications, submissions made, the delay of 84 days is condoned in the interest of justice considering the relief claimed in the appeal. Both the civil applications are allowed. The order of the learned Registrar (Judicial) refusing registration is set aside. The matter is restored to its original number.

3] Learned AGP submitted that the application for condonation of delay caused in filing appeal is already filed and the Court fees will be paid. Payment of Court fees as also removal of other office objections be done prior to 5.12.2015.
