Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants, learned A.P.P. appearing for the State and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 vehemently opposed the prayer for restoration of application. However, in the interest of justice, on deposit of Rs. 3,000/- by the applicants on or before 17.11.2017, criminal application no. 3101 of 2015 shall stand restored to its original file. The application is allowed and the same stands disposed of.

Needles to observe that respondent no.2 will be entitled to withdraw the said amount unconditionally.
