Petitioner is seeking a fresh caste certificate with correct nomenclature of his scheduled tribe which be belongs. 2.

It appears that writ mandamus has been solicited without even bothering to make any application to respondent no.2/competent authority with such request.

Writ petition is disposed of with directions to the petitioner to approach respondent no.2/competent authority, submit appropriate application and surrender the original certificate and solicit a new one by following due process of law.
