PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the Collector, to look look into the grievances raised by the petitioner, in respect of mutation entries and issue necessary instructions to the subordinates.

It does appear that, the Deputy Collector, by communication dated 28.12.2011 issued certain instructions to the Talathi to conduct appropriate enquiry. However, the grievances raised by the petitioner still remain, since the revenue authorities have not dealt with the matter in its proper perspective.

{2} wp 11625.14.odt The District Collector shall ensure that, the lower Officials of the Revenue department consider the grievances of the petitioner and pass appropriate order, in accordance with provisions of law. The respondent No.2 is directed to act in accordance with the directions as above, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 12 weeks from today.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
