The limited prayer made by the petitioner is that the executing Court is not deciding the application Exhibit-11, filed in Special Darkhast No. 81 of 2016 since October - 2016.

As the petitioner has already filed execution and the application for attachment Exhibit-11 is

2 wp 5127.18 also filed, the learned executing Court would certainly decide the said application. The petitioner may request the executing Court to decide the said application expeditiously, which request shall be considered by the executing Court.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
