Learned counsel for the applicant insurer submits that conditional stay may be granted to the applicant, as the applicant insurer is ready to deposit the entire amount under award within six (06) weeks from the date of this order. Learned counsel for the respondent-original claimant has no objection for the same.

In view of the above, the effect, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 12.11.2019 passed by the Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal, Shrirampur in M.A.C.P. No. 42 of 2018 is hereby stayed on the condition that the applicant shall deposit entire amount under award within a period of 06 (six) weeks from today, failing which the stay shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
