Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 1987 days condoned in filing first appeal.

The State intends to challenge the Judgment and award passed by learned Adhoc District Judge -1, Amalner Dist. Jalgoan in L.A.R. No. 83 of 1993 dated 21-02-2007.

Respondent is served, however not appearing. Therefore, whatever the reasons have been given for the delay are unchallenged. Under such circumstance for the reasons stated in paras No.2 to 4, the delay is condoned. Civil Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.
