Mr. Jadhavar, learned Counsel submits that validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner as belonging to "Koli Mahadeo" is pending with the Committee since 2009. The same is not yet decided. The petitioner is employed by respondent Nos.3 and 4 as Krushi Sevak on 06.03.2014. The employer vide letter dated 25.02.2016 has directed the petitioner to submit the validity within seven days, else the petitioner's services would be terminated.

We have heard Mr. Patil, learned A.G.P.

To get the proceedings decided within the stipulated time is not in the hands of the litigants. 7.

The Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within nine (9) months and report compliance to this Court. The impugned show cause notice is quashed and set aside. However, it is made clear that the respondent-employer will be entitled to take further course of action in tune with the judgment of the Committee in the validation proceedings.

The petitioner is directed to appear before the Committee on 01.06.2016 and thereafter continue to appear and co-operate with the Committee in deciding the tribe claim within the stipulated period.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
