ORDER :- 1.

This civil application is for bringing on record LRs of deceased applicant No.2. Applicant No.2 died on 6th February, 2021. The present application is filed on 28.3.2022. In view of the order passed by the Supreme Court in Suo Motu Writ Petition No. 3 of 2020, the present civil application is within time.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) .

Amendment be carried out within two weeks.
