The petitioner is claiming back-wages as per the order of Divisional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare Department, Latur dated 22-02-2016.

The petitioner is already reinstated. The petitioner is being paid regular salary. The question is of the back-wages. 3.

Mr. Patil, learned Advocate for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits that salary bills are submitted.

In view of that, said salary bills shall be processed by the authority in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (04) months.
