The petitioner has made a representation with regard to his transfer and observance of the Government Resolution dated 27.02.2017 and further to give posting as per order dated 07.07.2017, 16.08.2019 and 04.09.2019.

Though respondents no. 3 and 4 are served, none appears for respondents no. 3 and 4.

Respondent no. 3 shall take decision upon the representation of the petitioner (Page No. 19), preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of communication of the order.

2 wp 7735.2021 Respondent no. 3, shall, naturally consider the earlier orders, Government Resolution dated 27.02.2017 and Circular dated 07.07.2017.
