The tribe claim of the petitioner is not yet decided though this Court by order dated 25.3.2021 had directed the Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim within six months. In the meanwhile, respondent nos.3 and 4 have issued a notice threatening to terminate the services of the petitioner for want of tribe validity certificate. 2.

Learned A.G.P., on instructions, states that respondent no.2 Scrutiny Committee will decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within three months from today. The statement is accepted.

The order that would be passed by the Scrutiny Committee shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week from the date of the passing of the order. If the tribe claim of the petitioner is validated, tribe validity certificate shall be issued within one week from the date of the passing of the order. If the tribe claim of the petitioner is rejected, the petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate proceedings.

Till the tribe claim of the petitioner is decided and for a period of three weeks from the date of communication of the order, respondents no.3 and 4 shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner for want of tribe validity certificate. 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
