The applicant is just 17 years of age and the victim is little over 14 years of age. The applicant is alleged to have stalked the victim. It appears to be a case of one way love affair on the part of the applicant.

The learned Advocate for the informant submits that

24aba401.23 the informant's family is financially poor, whereas, the family of the applicant is sound. The applicant and his parents may be directed not to stay in the village.

Such a condition cannot be imposed as the parents are not before the Court.

The applicant is 17 years of age. The learned Advocate for the applicant makes a statement that the applicant would never trouble the informant. The statement is accepted. Hence the order granting him protection is made absolute with further condition that if any similar complaint is received against the applicant, at the instance of the victim, the order granting him protection is liable to be recalled.
