DATE : 11.11.2019 P.C. :- The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has made an application for grant of rental compensation to the Collector and acquiring body in the year 2014 no decision has been taken on it yet. 2] We have heard learned AGP. The learned AGP submits that in fact application has to be made to the S.L.A.O. to decide the claim. The petitioner will file application with the S.L.A.O. for grant of rental compensation. The S.L.A.O. shall upon receipt of the application decide the said application on its own merits after hearing the claimants as well as acquiring body preferably within 9 months. It shall also consider the award that is passed by the Reference Court under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act dated 5/8/2013 in L.A.R.No.50/2004 with connected L.A.R. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
