Mr. Shah, learned counsel submits, on instructions, that the information as directed in the impugned order of Assistant Charity Commissioner is already supplied.

In view of that the grievance does not remain. With regard to the relief of the Petitioner to declare that the Petitioner trust is not public authority, the Petitioner may contend the same in appropriate proceedings/Petition. The present Petition would not come in the way of the Petitioner in that event.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of.
