The present applicant, who was arrested by Jalgaon Taluka Police Station, Dist. Jalgaon in Crime no. 110 of 2015 for the offences punishable under section 302, 120-B, 143, 147, 148, 149 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, under section 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act and under section 37(1)(3) and 135 of the
2 Cri. Appln. 1827-2016 Bombay Police Act, is praying for his release on bail. 3.
The applicant was arrested on 24/08/2015.

Learned counsel for the applicant took me through the order passed by this Court in Criminal Application No. 1172 of 2016 dated 10/03/2016, whereby, the applicant therein was directed to be released on bail by this Court.

Hearing from both sides would show that similar material is collected by the Investigating Officer against the present applicant, as was collected against the applicant in Criminal Application No. 1172 of 2016.

The material is in the nature of recording the confessional statement of one of the co-accused at the time of recording of the FIR itself. In the circumstances, the similar order is passed.

The Application is allowed.

The applicant be released on bail in Crime
3 Cri. Appln. 1827-2016 no.110 of 2015 registered with Jalgaon Taluka Police Station, Dist. Jalgaon for the offences punishable under section 302, 120-B, 143, 147, 148, 149 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, under section 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act and under section 37(1)(3) and 135 of the Bombay Police Act, upon his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount.

The present application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
