PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to the Collector or any of his subordinate officers, including respondent No.3 to take decision on the application tendered by the petitioners to determine the rental compensation in accordance with the provisions of law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from today and it is accordingly directed. On determination of rental compensation, if the petitioners are held entitled to receive the amount, respondent No.2 shall make the payment to the petitioners, in accordance such determination, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of determination.
