PER COURT :- The applications tendered by the respective petitioners for issuance of tribe certificates are stated to be pending with the Sub Divisional Officer, Deglur since 2013. However, the concerned officer has neither taken any steps, nor has decided the applications. In the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct respondent No.2, Sub Divisional Officer, Deglur to take decision on the applications tendered by the respective petitioners for issuance of tribe certificates, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 15 days from today.

The writ petitions are disposed of.
