Learned advocate for petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed application seeking rental compensation on 18.8.2014, however, no decision has been taken on it as yet.

The petitioners may file a comprehensive application with the competent authority, seeking rental compensation. If such an application is filed then the authority shall consider the application for payment of rental compensation on its own merits after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously, preferably within nine (9) months from the date of filing application.
