Impugned judgment and order of conviction dated 21.12.2012 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Jalgaon in Sessions case No. 134 of 2011, thereby sentencing the appellant-accused Pratibha Lakha Rathod, to suffer imprisonment for life and to pay fine of Rs.5000/-, is hereby quashed and set aside.

The appellant-accused Pratibha Lakha Rathod is hereby acquitted for the offence punishable under Section 302 of I.P.C. in

The fine amount, if paid, be refunded to the appellant-accused. 5.

The appellant-accused Pratibha Lakha Rathod be released forthwith, if not required in any other crime. 6.

Criminal appeal is disposed of.
