CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE & S.G.DIGE, JJ.

1.

The learned advocate for the appellant submits that this Appeal would not be maintainable since the impugned order has been passed under section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code and he needs to file a revision petition under section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act, 1984. 2.

In view of the above, this Appeal is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant to avail of the remedy as is permissible in law.
