Sakolkar, learned counsel for the petitioning Federation seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition. He also seeks liberty so that individual members of the petitioning Federation can approach this Court in the writ jurisdiction for challenging the action of the M.I.D.C. in their individual capacity.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. No costs.
