Submissions made show that liability of respondent No.4 is fixed Rs.80,000/-. The said amount was deducted from his salary and deposited in this court. Submissions made do not show that the decision is challenged by him. In view of the submissions, the application is allowed.

The amount deposited in this Court, which is recovered from Khushalchand Baheti is to be given to the applicant. The application is accordingly disposed of.
