1] The impugned order is dated 21.12.2022 whereby rejecting the objection of the petitioners for noninclusion of their names in primary and final voter list of APMC, Gangapur.

2] The present Writ Petition is filed in the month of March, 2023. At present, the election process is at advanced stage. Today i.e. 03.04.2023 is the last date for filing nomination, so also, disputed facts are involved in the present Writ Petition as regards the payment, which is not made within time.

3503.23WP 3] In view of this, this Court would not exercise writ jurisdiction. The petitioner may avail alternate remedy as available in law.

4] The present Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
