The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the appeal is provided to the Vice-Chancellor of the University against the order of Anti-Ragging Committee as per clause 4B of the All India Council for Technical Education (Prevention and Prohibition of Ragging in Technical Institutions, Universities including Deemed to be Universities imparting technical education) Regulations, 2009. 2.

In view of that, we dispose of the petition with liberty to avail of the remedy of filing appeal before the Vice-Chancellor of the University. If such an appeal is filed before the Vice-Chancellor, he
