Delay of 64 days caused in filing the civil revision application is sought to be condoned by the present application.

According to the applicant, due to the misplacing of the certified copies of the order, the time is consumed. Sufficient reasons are made out for condonation of delay. The delay is therefore condoned. The application accordingly stands allowed and disposed of.
