The petitioner is praying for issuance of a direction to the State Government to take a decision on the proposal tendered by the petitioner / institution seeking additional faculty and the courses in the existing college. The proposal was tendered for the academic year 2016-17 and the same was forwarded to the State Government by the University with favourable recommendations. According to the petitioner no decision has yet been communicated to the petitioner. 2.

In the circumstances, this petition is disposed off with direction to respondent / State to communicate it's decision in respect of the proposal forwarded by the University with covering letter dated 28.12.2016 for the academic year 2016-17 for granting additional faculty and the courses to the petitioner / institution, in accordance akl/d

BENCH AT AURANGABAD 2 - WRIT PETITION NO. 4171 OF 2018 with law. In the event, the State Government deems it appropriate to consider the said proposal forwarded for the academic year 2016-17 for the academic year 2018-19, appropriate decision may be taken in accordance with the policy, as well as the relevant provisions governing the field. The necessary decision shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two months from today. 3.
