In case petitioner deposits amount of fine or penalty as has been directed in the impugned order dated 09th March, 2023, petitioner's vehicle be released forthwith upon said deposit of the amount of penalty / fine etc.

The aforesaid order will not preclude petitioner from taking recourse to the alternate remedy of appeal before the Sub Divisional Officer. If such an appeal is preferred, the same shall be decided by the authority concerned in accordance with law without being influenced by the observation made in the present order.
