The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition so as to file appropriate appeal against the impugned order. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with above liberty.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the time spent in prosecuting this writ petition be excluded while computing the period of limitation to file appropriate appeal against the impugned order. In the event, the appeal is filed against the impugned order, the time spent in prosecuting the present writ petition to be excluded in computing the period of limitation in filing the appeal.
