We have heard learned A.G.P. for Respondent Nos.4 and 5. 3.

The petitioner assails the appointment of Respondent No.6 on the post of Peon-cum-Watchman on the ground that Respondent No.6 does not belong to NT category and is given appointment from NT category. It is not made clear in the Writ Petition as to

how the right of the petitioner is affected and whether the caste claim of the petitioner is validated by the Committee. The petitioner was not selected in the selection process also. 4.
