The offence punishable under Section 452 of the Indian Penal Code is the only non bailable offence registered against the applicants herein. The applicants have already been protected by order dated 24.03.2023. The purpose would be served if the applicant are directed to mark their appearance once a week at the concerned Police Station, until filing of the charge-sheet.

In view of the above, the order granting protection vide order dated 24.03.2023 is hereby made absolute with condition that the applicants shall mark their appearance at the
