Furthermore, the applicant seeks leave to serve the respondent no.5E and 7E through paper publication in the daily newspaper as detailed in prayer clause B. So far as respondent nos.2A and 5A is concerned, the applicant seeks leave to delete their aaa/-

CA 6414.2019.odt names from the array of the respondents for the reason that respondent no.2A died issue-less and respondent no.5A is concerned, his legal heirs are already on record.

In view of this and for the reasons stated in the application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A, B and C'. Civil application accordingly disposed off.
