ORDER

Mr. Syed, learned counsel appearing for respondents no. 1 and 2 states that he has received instructions to appear for respondent no. 3 as well. As such, service as far as respondent no. 3 is concerned, it stands taken care of.

Though learned counsel Mr. Syed for respondents no. 1 to 3 has reservations, he is not in a position to dispute veracity of contents of the civil application.

In view of aforesaid, I am inclined to accept request made under the application.

Civil application as such stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B), (C) and (D) and disposed of.

5.

Affidavit of the applicant in support of application to be filed within three weeks. In case affidavit as directed is not filed, application shall stand dismissed.
