DATE : 23RD NOVEMBER, 2017 ORDER :

1.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the review Applicant and learned A.P.P. appearing for the State.

2.

Civil Application No.12401 of 2017 is filed for condonation of delay caused in filing the Review Application and the Review Application is filed seeking review of the order dated 30th

September, 2015 passed in Writ Petition No.11062 of 2014.

3.

There is an inordinate delay of 510 days in filing the Review Application. No satisfactory explanation is put forth for causing such inordinate delay. Apart from this, there is no any error apparent on the face of record so as to review the order under review. Hence we do not find any substance in the Application for condonation of delay as well as the Review Application. Hence both the Applications stand rejected.
