Learned counsel for respondent No.5, Headmaster of the School, also submits that Administrator is appointed over respondent No.4. In view of that, applicant is permitted to add the Administrator as a person representing respondent No.4 in place of the Secretary. Civil application disposed of.

After the title clause of the writ petition is amended with regard to respondent No.4, issue notice to respondent No.4 in the writ petition, returnable on 11.06.2019. Hamdast allowed.
