On 27.6.2022, we had requested the learned AGP Mr. Sangle, to explore the possibility of a resolution, since the petitioners are not interested in seeking orders of punishment against the respondents. Mr. Sangle, has graciously collected instructions and placed a copy of the communication dated 28.06.2022, received by him from Dr. Nitin Bacchav, the Education Officer, (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon assuring that the order at issue would be complied with within eight days. The same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that they would be satisfied if such a decision is taken within two weeks. 3.
In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off, by recording the statement that the Education Officer of Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon, shall comply with the directions of this Court, set out in paragraph No. 2 of the order dated 06.04.2021, on or before 15th July. 2022.
