In all these matters learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in past direction was given to deposit the amount within 12 weeks. Due to problem of the Department and the Government the amount could not be deposited. He submits that at present the appellant is ready with the amount which is about 60% of the awarded amount. He submits that time be given to deposit the remaining amount which will be around 40% within three months from today and so stay needs to be granted.

Notice is served on the respondent/claimants. In view of the contents of the applications, the applications are allowed. The amount shown is tobe accepted and time of 3 months is given for depositing the remaining amount. In those terms stay is granted to the execution of the award by the Civil Judge, Senior Division.
