Respondent Mahadu Pandu Wagh and Yadav Pandu Wagh are reported to be dead. Some of their legal heirs are brought on record. Applicants had no knowledge about the other legal heirs. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased respondents.

In view of this, all the applications are allowed. Abatement is set aside. Delay is condoned. Legal heirs be brought on record within 14 days.
