Pursuant to a tip, raid was effected at a particular place. Gist of the tip was that a spurious liquor was being manufactured by the present applicant. While the raiding party visited the place, admittedly the applicant was not present. Those three persons, who were there and fled have been granted anticipatory bail by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge. There is nothing to indicate that the said place belongs to the applicant and the liquor manufacturing process was underway at the behest of the present applicant. 3.

In view of the same, order dated 24th March, 2023 granting the applicant interim anticipatory bail is hereby made absolute. The applicant 1 / 2

29-ABA-403-23.odt shall appear before the investigating officer, as and when required for the investigating purpose. The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
